Speed adjustment on Columbia Grafonola E-2

Frank I got it!!..success...When you said maybe as simple as bending a lever,
I got to thinking that the two felt pads that control the govenor were not
acting quite right so I tweaked them in towards the disc. It took me two
tweakings but I've got it set so that center is 78rpm. You can see the two felt
pads I'm talking about in pic 1212 of the last 3 I posted.
