For those not stored in slots in machine record drawers that won't accept records in sleeves, I really like Kurt Nuack's "Disc-o-File" sleeves. They are well made out of a heavy stock and the 10 ¼" ones fit Daimond Discs well. 50 cents each.

The jackets pictured here are either original with the corners cut off, (only if they came to me that way) or antique green jackets from "Bags Unlimited". In either case they are slid into plastic sleeves also from Bags unlimited. Obviously you need to cut the corners of the green jackets and the plastic sleeves for them to fit into an A250. The plastic sleeves are nice and smooth so they slide easily out of the individual wooden slots without tearing the paper sleeve or the label, if you have a paper labeled record.

You can slide the green sleeves, and I would think those Disc o Files too, right into the slots on a machine, like a C19. Works a bit better, smoother if the sleeve is put into plastic, as I did on the A250.

The machine I had in mind is exactly the model that Valecnik mentions, the A 250. You can do it, but have to cut the bottom corners off as the slots have rounded bottoms. Not sure what other Edision models may have slots designed that way.

I added two tabs to the spreadsheet for "My Edison Cylinders" and "My Edison Diamond Discs". These tabs include protected formulas which automatically lookup record information from the original spreadsheets. You only fill out the Matrix or Face Number and it fills out the rest. Only problem is that the numbers have to put in exactly like in the original data sheet, but that still beats typing everything manually. It's attached to this post in case anyone wants to give it a try. I left some example lines in there, so you can see how it works.
