Just finished rebuilding the motor, installed a new spring, adjusted, cleaned, lubed the gears, cleaned everything else and put it back together, cranked it up, and it runs strong and quiet, like a new machine. Aside from a new spring, no other new parts were needed. Also took apart the reproducer (a later Model C) and cleaned it up. Sounds good. I am very happy!
