A copy of the VV-VI manual can be found here http://www.nipperhead.com/old/vicvi.htm. You should be able to print from that. Possibly better reprints show up regularly on eBay for about $10. Needles can be found on eBay as well, or from any of the usual parts sources (Wyatt's Musical Americana, Ron Sitko, George Vollema, etc). 100 needles usually go between $3,50 and $5.
