On page 253 of the 2010 ed. of Michael Sherman's "Collector's Guide to Victor Records," your sleeve is illustrated and the caption indicates such sleeves were used "1910's to early 1920's." Given the bona fides of the author and his contributors, it's probably not possible to date your sleeve any more definitively than that.

Note that your sleeve is intended to contain a double-faced record, which Victor [was forced to] introduce in or shortly after October, 1908. So your sleeve is correct for housing any double-faced Victor record bearing a Victor "Patents Label" (any variation) or all "Batwing" labels except the one that lists only the single 1908 patent. There is also a version of your sleeve design with a die cut for the label only through one side of the sleeve, for Red Seal records.

This is my first post to this forum! I have been following the forum for some time and I thought it was time to register!

I wanted to add you can date the sleeve a bit more closely by examining the list of artists featured. Galli-Curci is missing and she began recording for Victor in 1917. Hence the label is most likely pre-1918.
