This record is a unique treasure, being an Edison "race" record of extreme rarity, and highly unlikely to be found in the wild; and that the community of collectors are exceedingly desirous to possess such a relic in one form or another;

BE IT HEREBY DECREED:

That whosoever shall purchase this recording, is immediately obliged to lend it to one Don Wilson, for purposes of making copies to the collecting public, that this treasure may be shared among them impartially.
