The Meteor console is original although missing the grill. Here are pictures of the original brochure I obtained from a forum member.

I guess I have a weakness for the unwanted, ugly phonographs. In addition to the Meteor, I have a similar Daisy Line Furniture console, a little Columbia Regal (Featured Phonograph 151) and an unpopular Edison Jacobean J-19 which "failed to impress customers and brought criticism from the trade" (Frow pg. 152).
I'm thinking of re-arranging my collection to group these together so they can support each other.

And another Meteor phonograph ----different model then the other 3---overpriced in Perryville, Ohio. but to a meteor collector, can probably talk price. It is a different model and looks interesting.

By the way, to include a link in a post, you don't have to use any of the formatting/command buttons. You can simply copy and paste it.

1) highlight the entire web address of the page you want to post the link to. (The web address should appear at the top of your browser in the address box.)

2) After it's highlighted, copy it. (You can do this in a number of ways. I normally press the "Ctrl" key on my keyboard, hold it down and then press the "C" key.)

3) Write your message on this form, and then paste the URL where you want it.

It's the same as posting a web address into an email, which is explained here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aV4DuS8zTq8
