Yes, the Model C Reproducer was supplied on several styles of Edison Phonographs throughout Models A, B, C, and D. To open up your Phonograph's cabinet, you would normally remove the crank first (but that's already done), then gently lift the front of the wooden frame that surrounds the mechanism.
