No, but I wasn't totally in at $150 either :lol: I'm indecisive with my money because it will be my Christmas present from the wife so if I do not get this I can get something else with the money.
Well, then... as MY wife would ask: "Do you NEED it?" Sometimes rolling pins and frying pans may be involved with that question over here... :?

Depends on if you want it, have space for it in the house, enjoy the bizarre wiring of 1920s radio amplifiers, and like the way it looks.

The machine itself isn't bad-looking. If you just wanted one electric Victrola this is probably a better choice than the record changer models.

Did you ever get it? If you are near to the DC area, I could help you look at the amp. I did one a couple of years ago and it wasn't too bad.

Life is shorter then short PLUS you have two offers from "The Forum" members offering you assistance (their way of saying --- Go For It?) So, I say---Would it put a smile on your face, not any smile BUT ----A Santa Claus Christmas Present Smile??? Nah, don't buy it -----get pots and pans instead and live in drudgery, kicking yourself in the ars (I think that is how they say it in England?) for the rest of your kicking days.
