This is just British slang. ‘Fizzog’ (face) derived from the word ‘physiognomy’ (a persons facial features or expression). ‘Gogglebox’ (tv set) as in to ‘goggle’ (look at) a box.
According to google ‘fizzog’ comes from the Black Country which is an area of England’s West Midlands.
