I cant play the video but heres my 2 cents. Youre not getting enough power to the spindle gear. Did you replace the spring and clean and grease the new spring? Old springs do loose tension. If so the problem is in the governor assy.

Yes, we just finished cleaning just about every part in the motor (including the inside of the spring) All the old grease is cleaned off and replaced with new grease, The ball bearing is cleaned. There were some gears that were out of alignment, which was the main issue. Everything is now fixed and the motor runs nice and strong! Thanks for all your advice, everybody! Because of it, this phonograph has a new life! :)
