Where did you obtain your copy, Bruce? I've heard of a copy occasionally turning up on eBay.

John, I don't recall for sure. I'm guessing you might have advertised it in a MAPS "In The Groove" magazine or something of that sort? I definitely bought it new, not off eBAY.
I find no receipt or anything but on closer inspection I notice that you actually autographed it inside the front cover and that the book is numbered 62 of 100.

Yes, I did advertise it in 'In The Groove' and 'The Sound Box', and Allen Koenigsberg sold a few as well. Thanks (belatedly) for your purchase!
