George, sorry my mistake. I meant carrying cases. Any chance you have pics of one to show us??.

I hate to say it but that really looks like a finial screw for a lampshade or other lighting fixture, especially if I'm seeing from your picture right that the threads only start halfway up and the bottom is unthreaded.

Yeah, I know...but I guess I'd like to know for sure!

The knurled part, the nickel plating, and the fact that this thing - of all things - should have been found on this machine when so much else was missing - - all this makes me crazy. But the jaded, 57 year-old part of my brain knows the truth. I think.

George, I have to confess I had seen that listing....or at least part of the title. I never bothered to open it. Nor did I bother to read the full title.... :lol:. So, I asked and received..... :D. Thanks George.

Yes, that was a Zonophone Type A. :)
