Aw man! That L-Door is one sweet machine. I've already got a nice one, every bit as complete. BUT--- this is a good price AND it's only a few miles from my Dad's place. If I even mention stashing one more phono at his place, he's likely to blow a gasket and have the whole lot hauled away.

Can't own them all.

Hope it finds a good home up there I'd sure hate to see the motor yanked out for yet another "copper box" (for those that don't know: in the lake regions, Victrola motors get used for winding copper fishing lines on a large spool, hence: copper box).

This Pooley is pretty ornate and is only a few miles from me. Too bad the price is so high.

Looks like a mismatched tonearm as well.

I think the gold plate has reacted with the pot metal and fallen off.

Eric is right. It's the correct tonearm, just plating loss.

Only $90 for an Ultona triple-head with all the record albums...

BRUNSWICK Model 212 phonograph - $90 (North Portland, OR)
http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/clt/1631636897.html

Player and Cylinder cabinet full of cylinders, not cheap tho.

Edison Amberola Model 30 + cabinet - $1500 (Lawrenceville, GA)
http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/clt/1631083842.html

Yes, it's ugly as sin, and a little O/T, but only $30 ;-)

Edison Ediphone Dictaphone - $50 (Marblehead, MA)
http://boston.craigslist.org/nos/clt/1637813165.html

Another one, only $30...

Victrola Talking Machine - $30 (FAIR LAWN, NJ)
