I love how it looks nicely aged. Not the least bit gaudy, like every gold-plated restoration I've ever seen. Superb.

The Gold looks properly "aged"...not "redone". Old "Tom" would be proud.

As Rene mentioned, there's no "gaudiness" about it. You'd never know the gold had been restored, and once the cabinet finish has been matted, the entire machine should flow together. Congratulations, Wyatt!
