Ive been to this guys house, he is a friend of mine, you should see all the phonos he unearths up there! And you should see his house! OMG its a huge victorian! The garage is stuffed as is the attic, its like a little touch of heaven.

The Craiglist seller is right. The Model 800 is HEAVY! I bought one a couple of years ago, so I know. It was a challenge getting it down the steps from the previous owner's second story apartment. It's bigger and heavier than a Victor Credenza.
