Yes I have-On both cylinders and records and it works great. I mix it with R/O water and you can use with distilled water as well. I rinse it at the sink with R/O water as well and then wipe down with micro-fibre cloth blues and let air dry.
Note the name of the company and you can look them up on line- I bought 8lbs for about $78.00 it will probably last me the rest of my life!

It works wonders, and the Library of Congress uses this to clean records and cylinders, both Celluloid, wax, and Shellac.
