Mystery reproducer

Post by TinfoilPhono »

Can anyone ID this reproducer? It's 2-¼" diameter with metal diaphragm and no markings of any kind.

I could almost swear I saw one of these before but really cannot recall when or where that was. A metal diaphragm would make me think, that it's not that early.

It's obviously for a front mount machine, but I'm not sure which one. It does look familiar though...

I haven't owned one in decades, but how about a Carola?

Rene;

Just a shot in the dark, but how about either a Victor Exhibition jr or English Zonophone reproducer as these normally have pressed-in bezels?

I've seen one of these before......oh, darn it........lemme think.
I HAD ONE!

At first I thought Klingsor, then...........no.

I'm putting my money on this: its from a Homophone. If I'm wrong, I'll buy ya a NY egg cream.
