As a phonograph and bike collector I've found that an old bike tube is a great way to hold the lid closed when you lay down your upright for hauling. Your bike shop probably has a good supply of used throw away tubes and a skinny tube from a road bike works best. Just cut out the stem and you're good to go. Please forgive me if I've tossed out this tip before. To make up for it, I'll have some tubes to give away at Union. (Another good reason to attend Union!) Jerry Blais
