Odd record with inscribed label

I just bought a credenza and it came with several records. There is one that I have never seen before. It is 10 11/16 ", 1 sided and has an inscribed label. Song is Somewhere in the world, Jones. Dated Jan 15 /24 and the number 31515. Can someone tell me what this is? Thanks, Jan

That appears to be a test pressing, they are often a bit oversized and rough edged.

Thanks. I wonder if it was recorded and released? It sounds like it could be Billy Jones but I don't find that song listed anywhere.
