Broken Springs to a Good Home

Post by CDBPDX »

Got a few broken springs laying around. Any useful way to recycle these? Would be willing to relocate them for shipping cost.

I've heard that old time cabinetmakers would break springs into short lengths, then grind an edge on them to use as scrapers.
