Wanted replacement gear for Columbia

Hello,
I am tryimg to find a replacement gear cluster for a Columbia model A washington cylinder machine. It is the gear set that engages the governor. Please see the pictures. The small brass gear has split and expanded a little . This has caused the space between the two teeth to enlarge which in turn causes the gears to bind as they reach that point in the rotation. I don't know if it might still be possible to repair the gear??? Any help would be appreciated.
