Help rebuilding Columbia Reproducer???

Post by flashpanblue »

Hello,
Can you guys offer some advice on how the heck to take a part this reproducer from my Columbia BNW so I can replace the rubber gaskets. There are no screws on the back at all!
thanks
Pete

My BNW had that exact same reproducer. You need to remove the needle bar screw from the diaphragm in the back. On the front, loosen the nuts and screws that hold the needle bar against the diaphragm, then the bezel in front can be popped out. If I recall correctly, it just sort of snaps in and out. I don't think it's keyed.

Hope this helps,
Sean
