Anyone know how to assemble columbia favorite louvers?

Does anyone out there have photos or drawings of the Columbia louvers assembly for a Favorite. I was recently given one of these in a completely disasembled state. He swore it was complete, but upon examining the parts I find two lift levers, two speed controls, three brakes, etc. I found a bracket for the right hand side, two individual brackets for the left sides, the swing arm and knob, and a bunch of screws but don't know how to assemble them.
