Looks like a standard Brunswick " single " reproducer... probably from one of their entry-level machines...

Some of Brunswick's earlier (pre-1921) machines used this reproducer, along with a second unit for vertical discs.

The earliest Brunswick products of course used an Otto Heineman reproducer and tone arm.
