I vote for the harlequin patterned one as the most frightening.

I wonder if the blues sound any better on a blue Victrola?

I must admit, I kind of the argyle VV-215, it's certainly innovative, but doesn't match my decor

What the bloody h-bomb?! I suggest the owner of the blue one paint that Polaroid camera red, or maybe chartreuse. Might as well take "tasteless" to the limit.

They don't bother me all that much - lets face it, most of us on here wouldn't show much interest in an X, an XI, or a 215 even if they were offered to us for free.

Well, you may be partly right about that, estott, since I already have a XI and don't need another. Frankly I'm rather tired of reading put-downs of this fine machine. Anytime you're in my area and want to hear what the XI is capable of, get in touch with me and I'll be happy to demonstrate it!

Oh, don't get me wrong - I have nothing against any of these machines. They are all excellent machines and capable of a fine performance - and that's the problem, because of these qualities they sold very well and there's an ample supply of them.

More than 800,000 of the VV-XIs. Just the old supply and demand story.
