Pictures of Sanfilippo's Estate

Post by SonnyPhono »

I went to the Sanfilippo estate after the Union show and was absolutely amazed. For those who haven't been there before, here is a video I put together showing some of his fantastic collection. (Pictures were taken with my iPhone. Some came out a bit blurry.)

Love the stills mixed with video. Rene also made two great You Tube video's of Jasper's collection. Lots of eye candy... .

The Musical Box society International is having its annual meeting in Chicago this Fall and one of the main events will be a tour and dinner at this estate. It is probably the best collection in the country, especially since the Millhouse collection in Florida was closed. I am really looking forward to seeing it.

When one owns a full size working steam locomotive, there's no need for no stinkin' model train.

(there's a fully restored passenger car and caboose back in there for completeness.)
