Does anyone know what model of Parlophon is this? Just know that it was a prize for a game in 1929.

I believe Starkton here on the forum is the person who might best answer your question, as I recall he has a Parlophon(e) catalog.
It may be a Parlophon Parvus II - Lindström, as it looks very similar to that portable model, but I've only seen it in a leather wrapped wood portable case... and it lacked the lovely wood tone arm shown in the picture link you provided.
