Need some help Dating a record and identifying the pianist

Recently I acquired a wonderful plum label HMV 10" recording of two Eugene Goossens songs. The pianist is also wonderful, so naturally I'm curious if it was the composer, or perhaps some studio pianist (such as Percy Kahn). The matrix numbers are:

OB1348 VI, with a triangle between the matrix and (what I guess is) the take number in Roman numerals
OB1349 IV, with a triangle between the matrix and (what I guess is) the take number in Roman numerals
