There were a few occasions when recordings made at Victor's Montreal studios were issued in the regular US catalogue series. The documentation that survives in Victor's blue history cards, and which is offered on the EDVR, gives a tantalising look at the original Canadian matrix numbers in several instances.
Here's mx. 5367, recorded on either 10 November or 11 October 1924. It does not seem to have been issued in the 216000 series:

Although the EDVR hasn't reached 1932 yet, some Jack Denny and Charles Dornberger recordings from Montreal were also issued in the regular Victor series that year.
The Victor files also have fragmentary data on some Quebecois recordings issued in Victor's export series. They can be found by going to http://victor.library.ucsb.edu/index.php/object/search
and selecting "Montreal, Québec, Canada [unconfirmed]" under Location (the Wendell Hall side above is the only one filed under the other Montreal entry).
The opposite was also true at times -- Victor 216500-216503 and 216508-216510 were all recorded in the US.
