Here I have what I believe belongs together as a set...an ORIGINAL cast aluminum front mount arm and the original wooden horn support arm for a front mount Columbia phonograph. These are in amazing original condition, and the carved COLUMBIA in the wooden horn support is great. The length of the wooden horn support arm is 12 ¼ inches.
Priced at what one of the pieces alone is worth...you get the pair at $130 plus $5 for shipping.
Thanks for looking!!

This remains available until I confirm otherwise. Don't hesitate to contact me. For some reason, the PM messages are getting hung up in the outbox. I would suggest sending emails until this is resolved. It has been going on all week.

I am very disappointed that you cancelled our agreed transaction. I understand that you believe there may have been an issue with the sending and receiving of personal messages (pm)on this board.
To assure that you receive this message I will send it by pm and by email link through this site.
You offered this Columbia Tone Arm for sale at 7:41 am on the 29th. I was very fortunate to be on the board at the time before I headed off to work. I confirmed on the post that I wanted your item and was sending a pm. You accepted my offer at 8:10 am asking for a slight increase in money to cover the cost of shipping to Canada.
At 7:44 pm after returning home from work I sent you your money by PayPal only to have it bounced back with an explanation that you could not wait and sold to the next buyer.
Patients is a virtue.
Having other buyers knock on the door after an agreed to sale is not a reason to panic, it is an indication you are selling quality items which others desire. If the first sale falls through the other buyers will still be there.

Perhaps you should learn how the forum's PM system works... here's some education.Hailey wrote:This remains available until I confirm otherwise. Don't hesitate to contact me. You have sent me 2 emails regarding this. I have no idea what you are talking about. I didn't buy them. I was told they were already sold when I asked about them.

Re: ORIGINAL Columbia Front Mount & Horn Support - SOLD
My response to the comments herein. It is never my intent to offend any individual during the process of any transaction. I have built a virtual empire with the basis being honest, and forthright dealings. With that said, I am also a rather simple person. I have no Internet access at my home. I am frugal to the point of having the bare necessities in order to migrate through this technological world of ours. If I am at fault for not totally comprehending the mechanics of this forum...then I plead my ignorance and accept my penelties. However, transactions such as PayPal payments can easily be made via most cell phones that I am aware of. As a seller of quality wares, the end point is when the money changes hands. Just in the short time that I have entertained the idea of utilizing this forum to offer to the phonograph world some of my items, I have encountered countless empty promises that have left me out in the dark. I do not choose to come on here and make a national crisis out of it. I just move on. In all honesty, I do not need to sell anything. I do not sell because I need the money. I have enough money to comfortably get by...I sell because I thought it would be a great ides to share some very hard to come by quality items to some other good folks.
I will be the first to admit that I am not a competent follower of our new technologies. However, I do the best that I can with what I have got...and then hope for the best. To thoses of you who seem to be more interested in persecuting others because they may not be as perfect as you think that you may be...I must say shame on you. Perhaps if you would put as much energy in trying to get the youth involved in the talking machine world as you are critiquing those of us that, in your little minds, fall short of your superior existence, our hobby would be thriving rather than falling into extinction.
