Toccata & Fugue in D Minor - Bach (Columbia Masterworks & Many Others)
The Skeleton Rag - American Quartet (Victor 17041)
I Put a Spell on You - Screamin' Jay Hawkins (Okeh 7072)
The Ghost of the Banjo Coon - Arthur Collins (Victor 10938) ... (potentially offensive)
Jeepers Creepers - Larry Clinton & Orch (Victor 26108)

For me, the king of all Halloween songs is "Mysterious Mose" by Harry Reser's one-off band Radio All-Star Novelty Orchestra from March 24th, 1930. About ten years ago some animators made this short. Enjoy!

Thanks ever so, I will see what I can find in the next two weeks, for those of you with a million trillion records it must seem daft but I figure if I get a few for halloween and a few for Christmas, and any wedding related ones I can think of, plus the usual stuff that people will instantly recognize then I should do ok, while I'm here does anyone know of any good calypso, I know Ive already asked about them but you never know....

Rosie, I've got "Ain't it grand to be bloomin' well dead", and "Run Rabbit Run" if you're still after it. You're welcome to both of them free of charge.

Here's a couple more to look for.
The second & third are on cylinder, but I'm sure it would have been recorded on disc as well, given the artists and release dates.

"Hush, hush, hush, here comes the Bogey Man".

This is the other side of Henry Hall's famous version of "Teddy Bears' Picnic" on Columbia FB2816.

Just remembered another one.....

"With her head tucked underneath her arm". This is a humorous monologue about the ghost of Ann Boleyn haunting the Tower of London.

My version is coupled with "The Lion and Albert" by Roy Barbour on Rex 8342.
