I would like to purchase copies of the 4th and/or 5th Editions of "Victrola Book of the Opera"
If you have either or both of these in good condition and would care to sell them, please contact me with the asking price. It would be nice if I could buy both from the same individual to save on shipping, but I will buy them separately if that is the only way to acquire them.
Thanks
Bill

Re: WANTED: Victrola Book of the Opera
Hello Bill...I recently found.. "The Victor Book of Operas"...Bagar and Biancolli....Simon and Schuster 1949. It's got a 1929 copyright by Victor Talking Machine...a 1936 RCA copyright , and a 1949 Simon and Schuster copyright...no indication of which printing this is....Is this the same book that you are looking for?...the books in good condition , no dust jacket , no mold or mildew...I've got $5 max invested in it...

Re: WANTED: Victrola Book of the Opera
Whoopinola,
Thanks for the reply. The two Editions I'm interested in are from the teens. The fifth edition is from 1919, I don't remember the year of the fourth edition off the top of my head. I was not necessarily looking for that one you mention, but if it's in nice shape and you are interested in selling I may be interested in buying it. If so, please PM me with a price with Media Mail Shipping to Lakewood Ranch, Florida?
Thanks
Bill
