Inspired by Jerry's thread "If you want to have good luck...." in the Machines section, here is a little bit of nonsense from a UK dealer. It measures about 32mm in diameter and is certainly pre-war, but pre-1918 or pre-1939?

I have made a few good finds this year, so perhaps it works!
