FOR SALE: 78rpm disc of Joseph Stalin - £80

On the Russian GramPlastTrest (blue) label - Stalin addresses the VIII extraordinary Congress of the soviets on 25th November 1936. This disc is sides 19 & 20 of a marathon address on the adoption of the new constitution.
Decidedly uncommon .......
