Hi guy's
Can anyone tell me how to turn my Triumph A into a 2/4 minute machine?

You have to look for a 2/4 min. mandrel, feed screw, planetary pulleys, and 2/4 min switch. You will have to take out the old mandrel and replace the parts. It's far easier to find a 2/4 min Triumph with the parts already added.
