Looking for a slip style Vic II elbow. Does anyone make a repro of these?

Yes, I saw it but the price seems a little much.

In my opinion.....slip-in elbows are harder to find than the older type.... ;) :).

That's probably true but I just can't pay that much for one. That's why I asked about a repro.

Something to consider...

A high quality reproduction "regular" Vic II elbow is around $100.

An original "regular" Vic II elbow in good shape is around $130 to $160.

The Vic II slip in later elbow is $199 buy it now on ebay.

I don't believe there is enough demand to reproduce the late elbow.

The late elbow is probably found on 10% of Vic II's. Finding a loose one in good shape is very very difficult. If I owned a late Vic II and all I needed was the elbow, I'd be all over the one on ebay.

That my two cents worth. Jerry

There are two types of slip in elbows for a Victor II. The earlier one was used from 1910 until about 1912 or 1913. The slot was cut on the bottom of the elbow. The other later elbow had the slot cut on top and was used on the Victor II from 1913 until the end of production. What's the serial number of your Victor II and I can let you know what elbow you need.

The elbow you need is on ebay for $199.99 or Best Offer. If it's not worth $200, have you considered making an offer? Jerry
