U.S. Everlasting GRAND OPERA Cylinder #5458

Post by Zwebie »

U.S. Everlasting GRAND OPERA Cylinder #5458 - Madchen mit dem roten Mundchen (Franz; Ausgewalte Lieder), sung by Emil Muench.

Played on a 1911 Edison Standard Model D Phonograph.

In 29 years of collecting, this is the first U.S. Everlasting GRAND OPERA cylinder I have come across.
I don't have the original box, so I am using an Edison Opera box to store it.

Enjoy, Bob S.

Really clear!

That's a diamond B reproducer I'm guessing?

1. Space will expand to accommodate an infinite number of possessions, regardless of their size.
2. Shortage of finance, however dire, will never prevent the acquisition of a desired object, however improbable its cost.

Yes Clay,

I tried it with my Model "O" reproducer, and the singer had more voice than the diaphragm could handle!
It sounded best with the diamond "B".
