Appears to be a very late model: the location of the crank and speed control look more like a BJ…

BJ is the 2 spring rear mount version. BD is the 4 spring rear mount. This model is AR or AY, depending on the number of springs. If I'm not mistaken, I believe this is the 4 spring model. (Sorry, can't remember which one, AR or AY, has the larger motor and which the smaller.)

The AR has a 3-spring motor and a 12 inch turntable. This one with a 2-spring motor and 10 inch turntable is the AY.

Justin at JAS Antique Phonographs kindly made a reproduction arm for my AY machine and sent it to me in the UK.
Hope this helps any buyer.

Sounds like all the necessary parts to complete this Columbia are out there.
