Yes... they were made by Wilcox-Gay. Recorded on 10" lacquer-coated "instantaneous" blanks.
This looks like a neat machine... first time I've seen a console version...

I've seen a console in a lift-top cabinet- also quite handsome.
A lot of Wilcox-Gay blanks were 8 inch- a good size for vocal messages or a quick song.
