Does anyone know if this is a VV 405? Sounds like a decent price at $175

No- that is a Granada, if there is nothing wrong with it $175 is good.

The VV 405 was a high end console from just before the Orthophonic line. They have a large horn and the fat tone arm & can sound great.

OK. thanks. I think I can make out the GR on the dataplate now.
