Up for sale here is a very nice copy of Edison's famous speech on the close of World War One, "Let Us Not Forget." The National Airs of the Allies is on the reverse side of the disc. Sonically, this disc is
excellent. While a C-matrix pressing, the speech still comes through quite crisply an clearly. In fact, a very knowledgeable collector friend who once heard this recording indicated that he had never heard such a clear sounding copy of this recording. For the C-matrix pressing, it rates an
E sonic grade. Visually, the disc is not perfect. There are three small edge bites on the "National Airs" side, not affecting play. There is also a chip on the "Let Us Not Forget" side, which, while close to the grooves, does
not affect play. In all, it's generally an
E- visual grade.
Full color photos of the disc are below. The full-sized original images can be found at box.net via this link:

I am asking $75 plus $6.45 for shipping via Media Mail in brand new box and packing. This is a
phenomenal price for such a great-sounding copy. I've been collecting for years, and am starting to downsize my collection in preparation for further university studies in the sciences this fall. If this disc sells, there will be many more choice electrics that I will be offering soon. If interested in this disc, or what else I might have available, please message me through the forum or: garret.girmus "at" gmail.com. Thank you!
