I looks like a nice machine. Thank you for being honest about the description and noting the flaws, especially the horn.

Stephen,
Was the horn "soldered" as opposed to welded? If so, was normal lead (50/50 or 60/40) solder used? If so, the horn can be cleaned up by buffing the overflow of solder off the horn. Since lead is softer than brass, it will buff off with a little work and look good... On the other hand, if it was brazed with silver solder, it might be more of a job...

As the horn came with the machine this way to me, I cannot say whether or not it was welded or soldered.
