Shawn,
I presume you are familiar with this book?
The Five Inch Cylinder Book: A 158 page history of 5 Inch diameter Edison, Lambert and Columbia wax cylinders and related phonographs covering the period 1898-1911. Manufacturing methods, phonographs, record titles, dating guides, advertisements and catalogs, both foreign and domestic, for these large records and phonographs.
