Does anyone know if there are plans for printing a hard copy of this book?
I would prefer that to either looking at the book through the internet or downloading and printing it.
I am expecting a Brunswick Cortez in the next couple of weeks. It would be nice to have a real book to read about it and Brunswick's history.

Re: R.J.Wakeman's Brunswick Book
There are no plans to publish a hard copy of the book.
The author is a find of mine, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you were to take the PDF down to a kinko's or similar on a thumb drive, to have them print you a personal copy to put in a loose leaf binder. I can confirm that with him if you'd like.
The cost might not be too bad, although if one does this enough times the cumulative dollars start to approach the price of an iPad.

Thank you.
I am pretty old fashioned (obviously, I like old phonographs), I was just hoping for a large, coffee table type book. The author did a wonderful job on it.
If he does not mind, I might do just as you suggested and try to get one copy printed.
Thank you again for your response.

I know you are not looking for an online reading experience, but there is a copy of Mr. Wakeman's Brunswick history posted in a book-like format that is easier to read. It has the advantage of loading much faster, so you don't have to wait for the entire pdf file to load before you can start reading. It is here: http://mulhollandpress.com/styled-2/styled-9/index.html

Re: R.J.Wakeman's Brunswick Book
Actually, a few months back, I copied Mr Wakeman's wonderful book onto a USB drive and took it to a local Kinko-like business to have it printed. They did it while I waited, all collated and clearly printed, and punched it for filing into a 3-ring binder. I was glad to have a hard copy to refer to, since I get tired of sitting in front of a computer screen and am far too easily distracted by other interests and concerns when I'm there. To save money, I had them print only the front page in color and the entire rest of the book in black and white. Don't do what I did! Many of the wonderful color illustrations came across very dark indeed. One day I'll print a few individual pages in color for myself at home to swap out for the darkest ones, but if I had it to do over again, I'd pay the extra few cents a page for the full color option.
I have to say to Mr Wakeman, wherever he is, a colossal THANK YOU for such a great book. All that great amount of research and work would easily justify publishing---and charging for---a book, but he has chosen instead to share the fruits of his efforts with all of us. His efforts were not in vain, and are greatly appreciated!
