Edison Phonograph clock

Post by DGPros »

I just came across this on craigslist. The price seems steep to me ($1450) but was wondering if some of you collectors have other unusual advertisement pieces such as this, and of course your thoughts on a reasonable price would be of interest to me. http://cnj.craigslist.org/atq/4610524697.html

I'd be wary of this. The clock itself looks old, but the decals and lettering scream new. I wouldn't take a chance with it.

Harvey, I'm with you... you can't trust that it's real. In fact, I made an Edison clock face last year, but it was sold as a reproduction dial.

Yes it looked to good to be original. He has dropped his asking price to $1250. Maybe if he takes the fourth digit of I'll bite. Thanks for the input.

Price dropped to $995. How low will it go?
