Hi folks,
No affiliation.
I would love to add this to my collection, but times are tough.
A beautiful example!

Fran,
I am with you, I would like this one very much too, but couldn't possibly right now. A big fan of anything Mission and/or Arts and Crafts.

I love Mission Oak. Here, in the Pacific Northwest, Craftsman homes are very plentiful. If you want a really neat Mission Oak phonograph, get a Victor V, if you can afford it. I love the big, massive case along with the very stout columns. Eventually, I'd love to get an Edison B-60. What would really be nice is to find a cylinder machine in a Mission Oak case.

As far as this particular example is concerned, I can't find a better visual reference. The one shown in Frow's, "The Edison Disc Phonographs" is incomplete and also a horrible picture besides.

Ah-ha...I thought it looked like one I'd seen.
I'm sure this will bring some big bucks too, knowing this seller's reputation.

These rarely show up, and in decent condition at that. This one seemed vaguely familiar...looks like the seller turned a nice - and quick - profit on this one! If he's a dealing collector, he'll put that back into his collection. However, I doubt that for some reason...
