I was Googling trying to find out more about the Osten-Spalding horn shown in the photos of the topic 'Union Report & Photos' posted by George Paul in the 'Society News' section of the TMF, and I found this PDF of a court transcript regarding a lawsuit between Sherman, Clay & Co. and Searchlight Horn Co. The Osten-Spaulding patent is referenced in the transcript.
