I am not up to date on EMG/Expert values, but a starting price of £4500 seems a little optimistic to me and could put off potential bidders.

It would add to the machine's appeal if the attractive record storage table on which it stands was included in the sale, but there is no mention of this in the listing.

What could a machine like that be expected to sell for?

If it's as good as it looks (and it has the 4-spring soundbox in its favour), my guess would be £3500 to £4000 - but as Roger says, an eBay starting price that high won't help its chances!

I would agree. The vendor also has an HMV 163 for sale which, in my view, is about 25% overpriced.
