Manhattan Record?
I just acquired a 12" recording of Anton van Rooy singing "Das Muhlrad" on the Manhattan Record Grand Opera Series label, supposedly 1902. The sound is very good, the best I've heard of van Rooy. But who was/were the Manhattan Record people? I can't find reference to them with google.
